L U N A R A  was created by designer Michelle Forcelledo-Wolff.  Born in and residing in the East end of Toronto ON, Canada, she began her fashion schooling at George Brown College.  Prior to becoming a fashion student, Michelle's designing experience  started some time before attending school. In an effort to minimize textile waste, her first works revolved around reworking and upcycling pre-owned garments. This allowed for a better understanding of how clothing is constructed which further inspired her curiosity for the art of pattern-making and textile manipulation. 

      With a drive to master various clothing making techniques, Michelle began to consume as much fashion design oriented literature as possible before deciding to finally attend school. Today, with a formal education in Fashion Design she experiments with crafting more avant-garde looks, curated through a combination of pre-loved garments and deadstock materials
